1. The service

OptimusCode lets you upload a screenshot of a website or application screen and receive generated HTML and Tailwind CSS code, delivered as a downloadable zip file. The service is provided digitally through your web browser. We do not provide design, development or consulting services beyond the automated generation described on this site.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service or make a payment. Users under 18 may not use the service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• We will not trade with or provide any services to individuals or companies in countries or territories subject to OFAC sanctions, in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.

3. Passes, keys and balances

• There are no user accounts. Access is granted through a prepaid pass, identified by a secret pass key that we email to you immediately after a successful payment.
• You are responsible for keeping your pass key confidential. Anyone who has the key can spend the balance. Treat the key like cash. We are not liable for use of a key that you have shared, lost or exposed.
• A pass holds a prepaid balance in a single currency (USD, EUR or AED). The currency is fixed at the time of your first purchase for that pass and cannot be changed afterwards. Further top-ups to the same pass are made in the same currency.
• The minimum top-up is $5, €5 or AED 20.
• Balances do not expire. Balances are not transferable between passes and cannot be exchanged for cash except as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Pricing and charging

Each successfully generated screen is deducted from your balance at the per-screen rate in force at the moment of generation. Rates are tiered by the lifetime number of screens generated on your pass:

• 1–24 screens: $1.50 / €1.50 / AED 5.50 per screen
• 25–99 screens: $1.20 / €1.20 / AED 4.40 per screen
• 100+ screens: $0.90 / €0.90 / AED 3.30 per screen

• Current prices are published on this website and may change. A price change applies only to screens generated after the change; it never affects balance you have already purchased.
• If a generation fails and no output is produced, the screen is not charged. Any amount deducted for a failed generation is credited back to your balance automatically.
• Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Payments

• We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in USD, EUR and AED.
• Card payments are processed by our payment service provider, VaultsPay. Card details are transmitted encrypted and processed in a PCI DSS compliant environment. We never see or store your full card number.
• United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Charges will appear on your statement under Optimus Coder - F.Z.E.
• If you make multiple purchases, each transaction may result in a separate posting on your card statement.
• You are responsible for keeping copies of your transaction records and receipts, and for complying with these Terms and any policies of your card issuer. Do not disclose your card details to anyone, including us, by email or chat.
• If a payment is reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we may suspend or cancel the associated pass and recover any amount owed.

6. Delivery of the service

The service is delivered digitally. Your pass key and receipt are sent by email immediately after payment. Generated code is produced in your browser session and made available as a zip download for 60 minutes, after which the file is permanently deleted from our systems. 7. Your uploads

• You warrant that you own, or have all rights and permissions necessary to use, every screenshot you upload, and that uploading it and generating code from it does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
• Uploaded screenshots are used solely to generate your output. They are deleted after processing and are not used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.
• You retain all rights you hold in your uploads. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to the extent needed to provide the service.

8. Prohibited uses

You must not use the service to:

• reproduce, copy or imitate a website, application or design in which you do not hold sufficient rights, or otherwise infringe copyright, trade mark, design or other intellectual property rights;
• create phishing pages, fake login screens, or any page intended to deceive people or capture their credentials or payment details;
• impersonate any brand, organisation or person;
• produce or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or hate;
• interfere with, probe or disrupt the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or reverse engineer the service;
• resell or sublicense access to the service, or share a pass key for commercial resale.

To reduce misuse, the engine replaces logos, photographs and other brand imagery with neutral placeholders. We may refuse, suspend or cancel generations or passes that we reasonably believe breach this section, without refund of balance already spent.

9. Generated code and ownership

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the generated code we deliver to you and may use, modify and distribute it for any lawful purpose, including commercially, without attribution.
• Generated code is produced automatically by AI and may contain errors, omissions or require adjustment. You are responsible for reviewing and testing it before use.
• Placeholders in the output must be replaced with assets you have the right to use. Ownership of the generated code does not confer any right in the design or branding of the original screenshot.
• We do not claim any rights in your output and do not reuse it for other customers.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will refund any unused balance to the original payment method where we can, regardless of the usual refund window.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, data or business. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimus Coder - F.Z.E and its officers and employees from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your uploads, your use of the generated code, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a pass if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or in response to a payment dispute. You may stop using the service at any time and request a refund of unused balance in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and take effect when posted. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
