FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need an account?
No. You buy a prepaid pass and receive a secret pass key by email. Paste the key to use your balance. Keep it safe: anyone with the key can spend the balance, and we cannot recover a lost key without the receipt email it was sent to.
How does pricing work?
You top up a balance in one currency (USD, EUR or AED) fixed at your first purchase, with a minimum of $5 / €5 / AED 20. Each generated screen deducts the per-screen rate for your current tier. Tiers are based on the lifetime number of screens generated on that pass, so your rate drops as you use it. There is no subscription.
What happens if a generation fails?
If the engine cannot produce a result, the screen is not charged. Any amount deducted for a failed generation is credited back to your balance automatically.
Which image formats can I upload?
PNG, JPG, WEBP files up to 10 MB. Clear, full-resolution screenshots of a single screen give the best results.
What exactly do I download?
A zip containing one index.html per screen. The file uses Tailwind utility classes, is responsive, uses semantic elements, and replaces logos and photos with neutral placeholders. Download links are available for 60 minutes, after which the file is permanently deleted.
Who owns the generated code?
You do. The generated code is yours to use, modify and distribute, including commercially, with no attribution required. You remain responsible for having the right to use the screenshot you uploaded.
Can I get a refund?
Unused balance can be refunded within 30 days of each top-up. Email admin@optimuscode.online with your receipt. Refunds go back to the original card; the time it takes to appear depends on your card issuer. Credit already spent on generated screens is non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.
What do you do with my screenshots?
Screenshots are sent to our AI processor to generate the code, then deleted after processing. They are not used to train models and are never shared or sold. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Which currencies and cards do you accept?
We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in USD, EUR and AED. Your pass is denominated in the currency of your first top-up.
Can I use a screenshot of someone else's website?
Only if you have the right to do so. Rebuilding your own product, a client's product with permission, or a design you created is fine. Reproducing third-party brands, copying protected designs, or building phishing or impersonation pages is prohibited, and such requests are refused.
