Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

• A pass key and receipt after each successful payment.
• Generated code for each screenshot you convert, as a zip file containing a single index.html built with Tailwind CSS.

2. Pass key and receipt

• Immediately after your card payment is confirmed by our payment processor, we send your secret pass key and a receipt to the email address you entered at checkout. Delivery normally takes seconds and in all cases should complete within 15 minutes.
• The receipt shows the amount, currency, date, the last four digits of the card and a transaction reference. Keep it for your records; you will need it for refund requests.
• If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or junk folder and confirm the address you entered. If it is still missing, contact admin@optimuscode.online with the approximate time of payment and we will resend it.
• If you mistyped your email address, contact us with your card's last four digits and the payment time so we can verify the purchase and redirect the key.

3. Generated code

• Generation happens instantly in your browser session, typically within one to two minutes of upload depending on screen complexity.
• When generation completes, a download link for the zip appears on screen. The link is valid for 60 minutes. After that the file is permanently deleted from our storage and cannot be recovered. Download and save your file within this window.
• Your balance is deducted only when a downloadable result is produced. Failed generations are not charged, and any deduction made in error is credited back automatically.
• If a download link expires before you were able to download, you may regenerate the screen. Because the original output has been deleted, this is a new generation and is charged as such. Contact us if you believe the expiry was caused by a fault on our side.

4. Formats and requirements

• Accepted uploads: PNG, JPG, WEBP images up to 10 MB.
• Output: a zip archive containing index.html. Any modern browser can open it. No installation is required.
• Logos, photographs and other imagery are replaced with placeholders; you supply your own assets.

5. Service availability

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance and events outside our control. If an outage prevents delivery, your balance is unaffected: unused credit remains on your pass, and you may request a refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Where we deliver

As a digital service, OptimusCode can be used from anywhere with an internet connection, except from countries or territories subject to OFAC sanctions, to which we do not provide services in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates. United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

7. Delivery problems

For any delivery issue, email admin@optimuscode.online. We respond within 2 business days and will resend keys, credit failed generations or refund as appropriate.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
